Lynn Brophy

Director of Operations

Lynn has been with Navigo since 2003. Her focus is on client relations, marketing and business development.

She has a wide and diverse range of experiences in the private sector, including considerable experience with business development and large-scale business operations. As an account executive for Xerox, she was responsible for negotiating a multi-million dollar contract. She works hard to ensure that she is always accessible to her clients. Having seen the business world from so many different vantage points, she loves learning about her clients and their industries.

Lynn and Brian Brophy, Principal of Navigo, have two children, Colleen and Jamie, who are both young adults. Lynn is extremely active in her community. She has volunteered with the Oakville Basketball Club for the past 5 years, and in 2005 was honoured as the Oakville Soccer Club's volunteer of the year. She also sat on the financial committee of John Knox Christian School for 4 years.

She received her BA in Economics from Brock University. Her additional training and certifications include: Managing the Sales Force (York University, Schulich School of Business); Professional Sales Coaching I and II (Learning International Courses); Stress Management, Handling Difficult Customers (Phone Power); Coaching and Teambuilding Skills for Managers (SkillPath Inc); Training Certification (Zenger Miller).
